Yes, the trek to Kedarnath dham is completely safe because the path isn't hard and the highest point is only 3,553 metres above sea level. But all trekkers must follow the new Kedarnath route that was set up after the flood of 2013 in the area.

From Gaurikund to Kedarnath, it takes a normal person about 7 hours to walk. The first 7 kilometres of the Kedarnath trekking trail are flat and take less time, but the last 7 kilometres are a bit steeper. With a well-planned trip, like the Kedarnath Trek Package, the whole thing will take 8 days, including travel, staying in hotels, and the trek itself.

The Kedarnath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva, makes the town of Kedarnath a popular place for Hindus to visit. It is a very important part of the Chhota Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand. It is also thought to be one of India's most important Jyotirlingas.

The best times to go trekking in Kedarnath are between May and June and September and October. During these times of the year, it doesn't rain on the trek, and the trails aren't covered in snow. Every year, the trail is closed from November to March because there is too much snow.

The Kedarnath trek is between easy and moderate in terms of how hard it is. Anyone between the ages of 7 and 65 who is in good physical shape can go on this trek.

Kedarnath is easy to get to by air, rail, and road from other parts of the state. By air, Jolly Grant Airport, which is about 238 kilometres from Kedarnath dham, is the closest airport. You can fly to this airport in Dehradun from any major city in the country. Then, you can take a taxi from the airport to Gaurikund. Once you get to Gaurikund, you can walk the last 14 km to Kedarnath. By Train: The nearest train station to Kedarnath is in Rishikesh, which is about 216 kilometres away. You can take a train to Rishikesh from any major city in the country. Then, you can take a taxi to get to Gaurikund. From there, you'll have to walk 14 km to get to Kedarnath dham. By road: You can take a bus to Gaurikund from any major city in Uttarakhand, such as Dehradun, Haridwar, Srinagar, Rishikesh, Tehri, Pauri, Chamoli, or Uttarkashi. When you get to Gaurikund, you can walk another 14 kilometres to get to Kedarnath.

Yes, even people who have never been trekking before and don't know how to do it can do the Kedarnath trek. But they should be in good shape because some parts of the trail can be hard.

The Kedarnath trek package includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which are the three most important meals of the day. All of the food that trekkers will eat will be vegetarian.

Here are the most important things that trekkers need to bring on their way to Kedarnath: A pack Clothing: thermal inners, long-sleeved shirts, trekking pants, fleece jackets, and wool gloves Personal medical kit with Band-Aids, Bandages, Dettol, and medicines for dehydration, colds, and headaches Wet napkins, toothbrush and toothpaste, hand sanitizer, shower gel, moisturiser, lip balm, and sunscreen lotion. Trek Adventures. Small Little There are gorgeous waterfalls between the trek. The bad thing is that Horses have no other way to go. There is only one way to get to Baba Kedarnath for all people, Ponis, Horses, Balkis, etc. The track from Gourikund to the Baba Kedarnath Dham Temple is a total of 24 kilometers. I done my yatra with my family and our tour planner was Mr Raman ji we all thank full to MR Raman sir who provide a best trip to my family .

Jay bholenath 🙏

Baba Kedarnath is 22 kilometers uphill from Gourikund. Such a holy and beautiful place. The Pandavas built this temple. I felt very lucky after going there. The Bekund of Nature is the holiest part of nature. During my Yatra, Baba always helps me. we booked our package from Delhi to Dlehi and found such a great trip experience .
